Quick fixes
Replay the tutorial
Open Settings and choose Show Tutorial.
Back up or move to a new phone
In Settings, use Backup & restore to write your plans to a file you choose, then restore from that file on the new phone.
Share a plan
You can share a person’s whole plan as a file. It carries the fee, escalating contribution, account type and tax rates.
Pro isn’t showing after I bought it
Purchases are handled by Apple. Check that you are signed in with the same Apple ID you bought with. If it still doesn’t unlock, email us.
Refunds
Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com; we can’t issue App Store refunds directly.
